Combination of Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, postural and joint assessment and alignment as required to achieve a specific outcome, or to provide more balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic state of the Nervous System.  
Will give remedial exercises and follow up exercises as needed.
